You can see his hand in every dish – classic Italian foundations but with modern European creativity and precision. The balance of flavours, quality of ingredients and attention to detail across the courses was impressive, from the starters through to the desserts. Nothing felt rushed, everything was well explained, and the team clearly take pride in what they serve. It’s the sort of place where you leave already planning your next visit. Acqua is in a league of its own. I can confidently say this is the finest Italian restaurant in Bangkok, hands down. The attention to detail, the flavors, and the presentation are simply world-class. I want to personally congratulate Chef Alessandro for creating such a spectacular culinary journey. It is rare to find this level of perfection. Thank you for the unforgettable dinners.
Had a wonderful time at Acqua. Excellent and attentive service, beautiful place with the right amount of background music. Every dish was well prepared but the standouts would be the rib eye (surprisingly), red mullet and wild boar truffle pasta. The lobster pasta was very authentic and my wife and friends loved it though personally I would have preferred a stronger taste and more lobster. With a bottle of wine, it came up to 7,500 baht per couple.
We planned only to have drinks, but turned out the restaurant is very nice, delicious complimentary and appertizer. Wine list is superp. The place is nicely decorated, perfect for a date night.
Third time dining at Acqua and it never disappoints. The foood consistency amazing, the service warm and attentive, and the chef always makes you feel welcome. Whether I’m celebrating something special or just treating myself solo, it’s always a pleasure to be here. Truly one of those places that feels just right for any occasion
